Additionally, the Federal Trade Commission has recently more clearly defined best practices for affiliate marketers, and all affiliates of Go Legal Flow must use these guidelines and regulations as Standard Operating Procedure during their endorsement or promotion.

Let people know you'll be getting paid to do so. Honesty is key when it comes down to this kind of marketing strategy. The last thing you want is a hefty FTC fine taking away all your hard-earned commission.
Have a link to your Privacy Policy and Terms of Use on sites you're promoting Go Legal Flow. People need to know what you're doing with their personal information and what they're agreeing to by using your site. In some countries, this is required by law, so it's better to be safe than sorry.
DO NOT SPAM the internet with your affiliate link. It doesn't look good for you or us.
Do not tell people that your earnings as an affiliate of Go Legal Flow are typical. It's misleading to those who think they can make money without doing any work.
Are always transparent and authentic – We'll treat your leads with the utmost respect, providing them with a first-class customer experience.
If you promote your affiliate link with paid ads, avoid bidding on any of our trademarked names. For example, Go Legal Flow is not a keyword that we allow you to bid on in the Google Ads platform since it is our trademark.

We do NOT pay commissions on PERSONAL USE Sales of the Product – meaning if your only purpose in joining this affiliate program is to get a commission on a sale for Personal USE of Go Legal Flow, don't do it! We will find out, take back any commissions we paid related to your fraud, and terminate your affiliate account.
