It’s important that you review and understand these terms before using our platform and services. If you don’t agree to these terms, do not accept them, create a platform account, or use our platform or services.

The italicized terms are provided for your convenience and are not legally binding. If you have questions about the non-italicized terms, you should seek legal advice.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we do, we’ll notify you of the changes. By continuing to use the platform after updates, you agree to the revised terms.

You should always consult a lawyer to understand and comply with these terms. Please note that some terms limit your rights, such as warranty disclaimers, liability limitations, and a mandatory arbitration clause.

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF SERVICE CAREFULLY. ONCE ACCEPTED, THESE TERMS OF SERVICE, IN COMBINATION WITH OUR PRIVACY POLICY, DATA PROCESSING AGREEMENT, AND AFFILIATE AGREEMENT (COLLECTIVELY THE “TERMS”), BECOME A BINDING LEGAL COMMITMENT BETWEEN YOU (OR THE BUSINESS ENTITY THAT YOU REPRESENT) AND JCW MARKETING SOLUTIONS, LLC AND ITS RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS (HEREINAFTER REFERRED TO AS “Go Legal Flow,” “WE” OR “US”) AND WILL GOVERN YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE PLATFORM AND ALL OTHER INTERACTIONS WITH GO LEGAL FLOW RELATED TO THE PLATFORM.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, YOU SHOULD NOT ACCEPT THEM, CREATE AN ACCOUNT, OR USE THE PLATFORM. IN THE EVENT OF A CONFLICT BETWEEN THESE TERMS OF SERVICE AND THE ADDITIONAL AGREEMENTS INCORPORATED HEREIN BY REFERENCE, THESE TERMS OF SERVICE SHALL PREVAIL.

Go Legal Flow reserves the right to make changes to these Terms at any time. All changes are effective immediately when posted. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance and agreement to the updated Terms.

You should consult a lawyer for legal advice to ensure your use of the Platform complies with these Terms and applicable law.

1. Use of Platform

a. Age Restrictions.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. By creating an account or using the Platform, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If you are a parent or guardian permitting a Minor (between 13 and 18 years of age) to use the Platform, you agree to:

  • supervise their use;

  • assume all risks and liabilities;

  • ensure the Platform is appropriate for them; and

  • provide necessary consents and representations on their behalf.

b. Platform Account Ownership. The individual accepting these terms is the account owner. If you accept the terms on behalf of a business, the business entity owns the account, and you represent that you have authority to bind the entity to these terms.

c. Intended Use. The Platform must be used solely for lawful business purposes. You and your clients must comply with all applicable laws and avoid prohibited uses outlined in these terms. You assume full responsibility for your use and for ensuring that your clients, employees, and agents comply with these terms.

d. Privacy. By using the Platform, you agree to Go Legal Flow’s use of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You are also required to maintain a Privacy Policy for your clients, ensuring compliance with applicable laws. You are responsible for obtaining the necessary permissions and consents to share your clients' data with us.

e. Login Credentials. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. Unauthorized access must be reported immediately. Go Legal Flow reserves the right to disable access at its discretion.

f. Use of Communication Services. The Platform may include communication features (e.g., SMS, email). You are solely responsible for compliance with laws like the TCPA and CAN-SPAM Act. Go Legal Flow provides only the technology platform and does not originate or send communications.

g. Third Party Services. The Platform may integrate third-party services. If you pause or cancel your account, features dependent on these services (e.g., phone numbers) may become unavailable. To maintain access to phone numbers during a pause, you must continue paying carrier fees as outlined in Section 3.

h. Third Party Content. The Platform may display third-party content, which is used at your own risk. Go Legal Flow does not endorse or assume liability for third-party content.

i. Customizations. You may customize portions of the Platform, but you are responsible for ensuring compliance with intellectual property laws. Go Legal Flow reserves the right to remove or modify customizations at its sole discretion.

j. Excessive Use Restrictions. If your data use exceeds your pricing tier or impacts Platform performance, Go Legal Flow may require an upgrade, reduce your usage capacity, or suspend your account.

k. Platform Updates. Go Legal Flow may update or modify the Platform at any time. Continued use indicates acceptance of such changes.

l. International Use. Accessing the Platform outside the U.S. is at your own risk. You are responsible for compliance with local laws, including taxation.

m. Prohibition on Unauthorized Use and Resale. Accounts are for your business use only. Unauthorized resale or use for third-party businesses may result in immediate termination.

2. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Platform for any unlawful or harmful purposes, including (but not limited to):

  • Violating laws or regulations.

  • Sending spam, malware, or harmful content.

  • Impersonating individuals or entities.

  • Engaging in activities that disrupt the Platform.

Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination.

3. Payment & Subscription Management

a. Fees.  Fees are due in advance and are non-refundable. Communication surcharges, such as phone number fees, are billed separately. Ensure billing information is accurate and up to date.

b. Pause Option. You may pause your subscription for $50/month to preserve account data. To retain phone numbers and A2P verification during a pause, continue to pay monthly carrier fees through your Go Legal Flow account. Failure to resume service or make the $50/month payment may result in account cancellation and permanent loss of data, as described in the cancellation terms.

c. Cancellation Option. You may cancel your account at any time by providing a written request. Cancellation results in the immediate deletion of your account, including all associated data, phone numbers, workflows, calendars, and funnels. Before canceling, ensure you have downloaded or migrated any necessary data, as recovery will not be possible after cancellation.

d. Grace Period for Nonpayment. If payment fails, you will have a 10-day grace period to resolve the issue. During this time, services may be paused. Failure to pay within 10 days may result in account cancellation and data deletion

e. Reactivation After Cancellation. Reactivating a canceled account may result in higher subscription fees based on current rates. Outstanding balances must be paid before reactivation.

f. Taxes. You are exclusively responsible for taxes and other governmental assessments (“Taxes”) associated with your use of the Platform, including all Taxes associated with transactions you conduct with your clients. Go Legal Flow may collect Taxes from you as part of the Fees as legally required or as Go Legal Flow deems appropriate, and all Go Legal Flow determinations regarding what Taxes to collect are final. Go Legal Flow may recalculate and collect additional Taxes from you if it determines at any point that they are due. You will indemnify Go Legal Flow for all Claims related to Taxes associated with your activities on the Platform, including any Taxes related to your transactions with your clients. Taxes are nonrefundable.

g. No Refunds or Credits. Fees are non-refundable, including unused subscription periods. Exceptions are granted at Go Legal Flow's sole discretion.

h. Payment Disputes. If you dispute any invoiced Fees or charges, you must notify Go Legal Flow in writing within sixty (60) days of the billing date. Disputes raised after this time will be considered waived. You are required to pay all invoiced Fees and charges while the dispute is pending. Failure to do so may result in account suspension or cancellation.

In raising a dispute, you agree to:

  • Act reasonably and in good faith.

  • Cooperate diligently with Go Legal Flow to resolve the issue.

Go Legal Flow’s determination regarding the validity of the disputed Fees or charges is final.

i. No Refunds or Credits.  Except as described in subsection g below, all Fees assessed by Go Legal Flow are non-refundable. You are solely responsible for any excess Fees incurred by You as a result of an error or omission made by You or a third party. Go Legal Flow does not provide Fee refunds or credits for such errors or omissions, or for partially used or unused Platform or Services subscriptions.  If you sign up for a subscription but do not access the Service or Platform, you are still responsible for all Fees during the term of your subscription. Except as may be required by law, Go Legal Flow reserves the right to issue or deny a refund or credit in its sole and absolute discretion, at any time, for any reason, and Go Legal Flow’s determination of if and when to issue or deny a refund or credit is final.

j. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee. Should you find Go Legal Flow unsatisfactory for any reason, you are entitled to invoke your right to a full refund of the subscription fee within a period of 30 days following your purchase. To exercise this right, you must contact our support team, who will process the refund within a reasonable number of business days following your request. The setup fee and done for you buildout fees are not subject to a refund once the first call has occurred.

k. Your Responsibility For Financial Transactions. You are solely responsible for all financial transactions you and your

clients engage in on the Platform or using the Services, including transactions conducted using billing tools enabled by the Services.  You are exclusively responsible for all chargebacks related to activities of you and your clients, regardless of the reason for the chargeback.

4. Affiliate Program

Go Legal Flow offers an Affiliate Program under which clients may receive commissions for referring new accounts to Go Legal Flow. Your participation in the Affiliate Program is subject to Go Legal Flow’s approval and your acceptance of the Affiliate Agreement, a copy of which is incorporated herein by reference. You must establish a payment account linked to your Go Legal Flow account in order to earn and receive commission payouts. Commissions may be forfeited if Go Legal Flow is unable to submit payment to your payment account for any reason.
